Those little things that you have no idea are wrong with your house until a home inspector comes... the inspector found a little (non-leaking) crack in our foundation. No big really since it's a condo but we facilitated the repair anyway. Today they came in with air compressors and stinky stuff and injected some polymer resin into the crack. I'm not exactly sure what this little port is (they left several sticking out of the wall and made no mention of coming back to collect them) but the dried resin drool is pretty cool looking :)
